The 20 Laws of Leadership is a set of beliefs to be used as a roadmap for Army leaders. Too often Leadership philosophies are categorized based on constraints. The human aspect of a Soldier can be forgotten or dismissed at times. Building teams by assisting, supporting, and mentoring the person behind the uniform is the Army’s largest challenge and equally its most valuable asset.

Each law in this book is derived from acronyms created from each line of the Army’s Creed of the Non-Commissioned Officer. These laws will coincide with the standards and professionalism of the Army’s Creed of the Non-Commissioned Officer for years to come.
